URL Links

When I send/receive a URL link, I want to be able to tap that link and launch Safari. Having to tap and hold to copy, open Safari, tap the URL field, tap and hold to paste, and then tap search is very inconvenient (especfially with iOS 4 on an iPhone 3G).

Would this be difficult to implement?

Apparently, this already happens. Maybe this behaviour is new; maybe I was just confused.

No worries. Could have been a malformed link that wasn't recognized by Textie, making "copy" the only option you saw?
